Training Officer
The District is currently accepting letters of interest for 1 (one) future opening for the position of Training Officer. This position is a 40 hour/week administration/operations role. The ideal candidate will have extensive fire and emergency services experience who aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
Full Job Description
SALARY AND BENEFITS
– Salary range $82,800 – $114,480
– 100% employer paid health insurance coverage
– Participation in the Colorado Fire & Police Pension Program (FPPA)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
– 5 Years Previous experience as a career firefighter
– High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field or equivalent education
– Colorado EMT license and current CPR certificate
– Colorado Firefighter & DO proctor
– Colorado HazMat Operations Level
– Colorado Fire and EMS Instructor I
– Colorado Fire Officer I
– Current valid Colorado driver’s license.
– Basic Incident Command System (ICS) training
– Training and certification as a Basic or Advanced Wildland Firefighter.
